Role: Contact centre team leader/supervisor

Location: Glasgow city centre

Salary: £21,500 per annum

Employment type: Permanent

Hours per week: 35

As a contract centre team leader/supervisor you will:

  • Coach, develop, motivate and lead the team of contact centre advisors to enable the business to achieve its aims and objectives;

  • Analyse and manipulate management information to monitor results and establish improvements;

  • Be responsible for the performance management of the contact centre advisors, identifying areas of improvement and setting objectives and targets to ensure improvements are met;

  • Lead in team meetings;

  • Complete light HR to include absence or disciplinary issues;

  • Develop an effective rota to ensure adequate cover within the contact centre;

  • Contribute to the development and effectiveness of the company's performance, including meeting all required targets;

  • Handle escalated customer interactions.

What will you need?

  • Previous experience in a team leader/supervisor role in a contact centre environment;

  • Can demonstrate delivering results;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Solid people management capabilities;

  • Leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop others to ensure success;

  • Professionalism, fairness and consistency at all times.
