Webinars

Our webinars are free to register for and accessible from wherever you are in Scotland or beyond. Details of webinars will appear below.

Thursday 2nd July - 3pm - FAIR WEAR AND TEAR AND BETTERMENT

The concepts of fair wear and tear and betterment often need to be considered in disputes surrounding the return of tenancy deposits. In this webinar we will look at fair wear and tear vs damage and dilapidation, the definition of betterment, the adjudicator's approach and how we can help.

Thursday 16th July - 3pm - NAVIGATING THE EVIDENCE PORTAL

If a dispute surrounding a tenancy deposit enters into adjudication, the adjudicator will need to see evidence supporting the reason for the proposed deduction from the deposit. Evidence can be submitted via our online portal and in this session we will guide you through where to access the portal, what the adjudicator needs to know, what happens when things go wrong and viewing the other party's evidence.
