Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act comes into force

The Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Bill, which was passed by the Scottish Parliament on 6th October, received Royal Assent yesterday and the Act has come into force today, Friday 28th October.
