System Guidance - How to submit a repayment proposal (landlords and letting agents)

At the end of the tenancy, the landlord or letting agent and tenant should try to reach an agreement on how the deposit should be repaid (e.g. if the full deposit should be repaid to the tenant, or if any should be paid to the landlord/agent). If the parties are able to reach an agreement, the process of releasing the deposit through SafeDeposits Scotland should be straightforward.
