Mould, Damp and Condensation

Mould, damp and condensation are common issues in all types of properties, and can cause problems for tenants, landlords and letting agents.

We recently hosted two online sessions on this subject, looking at the distinctions between mould, damp and condensation and the health implications of these issues, as well as discussing who is responsible for them and the potential implications for tenancy deposits. We also discussed how to prevent such issues arising and how best to tackle them if they do occur.
