Festive opening hours

SafeDeposits Scotland's regular opening hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-10pm. There will be some slight alterations to this over the festive season.

SafeDeposits Scotland will be CLOSED on the following dates:

Tuesday 2nd January

We will operate reduced hours of 9am-4pm on the following dates:

Friday 22nd December

Wednesday 27th December

Thursday 28th December

Friday 29th December

Regular opening hours apply on all other working days over the period.

Our online portal remains open 24/7 for customers to carry out tenancy deposit protection processes, including lodging of deposits and submission of repayment proposals.

Where set timescales measured in working days apply, for example deadlines for responses to repayment proposals and stages within the dispute process, the above bank holidays will be taken into account and parties will still have the set number of working days that they are entitled to.
