SafeDeposits' Resolution Manager is Propertymark Qualifications Learner of the Year

David Morgan, Resolution Manager at SafeDeposits Scotland, has been named Learner of the Year at the Propertymark Qualifications Awards 2023. The announcement was made at a ceremony in London Stadium on Friday 1st December, where David was presented with his award by property expert and television personality Phil Spencer.

David completed Propertymark's Residential Letting & Property Management (Scotland) Level 6 qualification in early 2023 and has subsequently gone on to embrace this experience through both continuing and expanding his own learning journey, and training and mentoring colleagues. Colleagues nominated him in recognition of this contribution to the operation of the scheme, colleague development and customer experience.

A number of the SafeDeposits team have also completed or are working towards Propertymark qualifications as part of the scheme's continued commitment to providing a leading customer experience through knowledgeable and empowered staff.
