System Guidance - How to submit evidence in the event of a dispute
In the event of a dispute regarding repayment of a deposit, and the dispute proceeding to alternative dispute resolution, the landlord or letting agent will be required to provide evidence in support of their claim against the deposit. The tenant will also have the opportunity to provide their own evidence in response during the alternative dispute resolution process.
